The color card is the embodiment of color existing in nature in a certain material. It is used for color selection, comparison, and communication. It is a tool for color to achieve uniform standards within a certain range. What we are using is Pantone and RAL systems.

Why do we need to use a Color card and colorimeter?
Because No matter in Sheet metal fabrication or CNC milling machining services, most the parts need surface treatment and have requirements on colors.
We purchase the latest color card each year and use the ColorMeter to test ensure that the QC staff can correctly detect the color difference of the product during the inspection. Because the color card has been used for too long, and the surface is oxidized and yellowed, making the color card and the product unable to match.
The story happened between us and our customer, every batch, we took photos and videos of the products when the goods were completed, and sent them to customers for inspection, there was no problem. But customer report that the product has color differences after receiving the goods? After checking, the reason is their's color card has been used for over 2 years. After buying the color card for re comparison, found that the color is completely correct
If you need to customize the color for your product, you can tell me the color number before placing the order, such as RAL9005, RAL9003. If it can be made, I will give you feedback and make notes. After the product is produced, a photo and video confirmation will also be given.
