Sheet metal processing
This process is mainly through the flat plate after cutting, folding, bending, welding, grinding and other processes, the aluminum plate is processed into the shape and size required for construction.
Plate surface spray coating
Spraying is to spray paint on the processed sheet metal. Spraying is divided into two kinds, one is artificial spraying, one is machine spraying. Machine spraying is generally only suitable for regular flat plates, but this kind of aluminum veneer is less used in actual use, most of the domestic manufacturers use artificial spraying.
Processing and molding
Aluminum curtain wall processing is made of high quality and high strength aluminum alloy plate, its common thickness is 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0MM, model 3003, state H24. The maximum size of conventional material is 1220MM×2440MM. Its structure is mainly composed of panels, stiffeners, and corner codes. The corner code can be directly formed by the panel bending, stamping, or in the small edge of the panel riveting Angle code. The stiffeners are connected to the electric welding screws behind the plate to form a solid whole.
