Does Bergek CNC offer assembly services such as parts installation and component integration?

As a supplement to our core CNC machining capabilities for liquid cooling plate manufacturing, we are able to provide related follow-up assembly and integration services. Common operations include:

① Brazed copper-tube assemblies
② Installation of standard threaded fittings (G1/4, NPT, BSPP)
③ Machining O-ring seal grooves
④ Fabrication and connection of custom manifolds

The primary purpose of offering these services is to assist customers with the subsequent system integration phase upon completion of the precision part manufacturing. By pre-integrating standard interfaces or custom piping, the finished cold plate can be more easily connected to existing cooling system loops or those complying with common regional standards for US, UK, and EU markets, thereby simplifying the customer's final assembly steps and reducing integration risk at the system level.

These services are intended to simplify mechanical integration on the manufacturing side and do not involve system-level thermal or fluidic design responsibility.
